YUN Express is our logistics partner for shipping TORRAS products, and we select the carrier we deem most suitable for our customers.

7. Import Taxes and Duties

Imported goods may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs fees. These charges are not included in the amount you pay to us. These taxes and fees are charged by the customs of the receiving country. Please contact the customs of the receiving country directly for details on taxes and fees.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

- I ordered multiple items. Will they be shipped together?

We strive to ensure that all items arrive at your location at the same time. However, depending on the item, different shipping methods may be used, so items may not always be shipped together. You will receive a shipping notification email once your items are shipped.

- Can I change the shipping address after the items have been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address after the items have been shipped. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after placing your order and provide the correct information, we can reprocess your order. Please note that if you cancel your order after 24 hours, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If you lose your package or cannot receive it due to incorrect address information provided by you, the loss will be borne by you.
