TORRAS membership is divided into four levels based on annual purchase amount. Each membership level offers different benefits and point rewards. The details are as follows:

1.1 Regular Member

Condition: Total purchase amount in the past 12 months: 0-8,000 yen

Benefits:

• Point reward: Earn 1 point for every 100 yen.
• Birthday special benefits apply

1.2 Silver Member

Conditions: Total purchase amount in the past 12 months: 8,001-20,000 yen

Benefits:

• Point reward: Earn 2 points for every 100 yen.
• Birthday special benefits apply

1.3 Gold Membership

Conditions: Total purchase amount in the past 12 months: 20,001-50,000 yen

Benefits:

• Point reward: Earn 3 points for every 100 yen.
• Birthday special benefits apply

1.4 Platinum Membership

Condition: Total purchase amount in the past 12 months: 50,001 yen or more

Benefits:

• Point reward: Earn 5 points for every 100 yen.
• Birthday special benefits apply

Renewal Date: Your membership rank will be automatically renewed on the 2nd of every month.

Criteria: Tier renewal is assessed based on total purchases made over the past 12 months.

The points you earn will be credited to your membership account and can be used towards future purchases. Depending on your membership level, you will earn different points. The higher your level, the faster you will earn points.

3.1 Points Expiration Date

• Expiration date: Points are valid for 365 days and can be used within 365 days from the date of acquisition.
• Notification: The system will notify you 7 days before your points expire.

3.2 Points redemption

• Use for shopping: Your points can be used to pay for your order, excluding shipping costs, with 1 point = 1 yen.

3.3 How to earn points

• Shopping: Points are automatically added based on the amount of your purchase.
• Activity Participation: You can earn extra points by participating in certain events organized by our company or completing certain tasks.
• Rewards: Earn extra points with a variety of rewards, including special birthday rewards.

3.4 Cancellation of Points

• Order Cancellation: If your order is cancelled, any points earned will be automatically cancelled.
• Return Processing: Any returns that are not defective will result in the points being cancelled, so please be careful when selecting your order.

Warranty Extension: All products purchased by members will automatically have their warranty period extended by one year.

Special Birthday Reward: Earn an extra 1,000 points on every purchase during your birthday month (no limit on the number of purchases).

Double Points Reward: Members will receive double points when they make purchases during certain promotional periods.
